CleversDev Refund Policy

At CleversDev, we are dedicated to providing exceptional digital services, including website development, design, integrations, and digital marketing, while ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are subject to the specific conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment or service commencement. Refunds may be considered if:

  • The service has not yet commenced.
  • CleversDev is unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed project specifications, subject to our review.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Significant development, design, or technical work has already been completed.
  • The client chooses to discontinue the service for personal reasons or changes their mind after the project has started.
  • Delays result from the client’s failure to provide required information, content, or approvals in a timely manner.
  • Digital services, such as websites, plugins, designs, or code, have been fully or partially delivered.
  • Costs associated with third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, plugins, paid advertisements, or licensed tools) have been incurred.

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, CleversDev may offer a partial refund based on the extent of work completed and resources allocated. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of CleversDev.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a detailed request via email to payment@cleversdev.com, including the reason for the request and relevant project details.

  • Requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Stripe or PayHere).

5. Final Decision

CleversDev reserves the right to approve, deny, or issue a partial refund based on the quality of service provided, the stage of project completion, and the resources invested. Our aim is to ensure fairness while respecting the time and effort of our dedicated team.
