• Account Suspension: CleversDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

3. Payments

• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayHere (Sri Lanka) via encrypted channels.
• Pricing and Schedules: Project pricing, milestones, and payment schedules will be mutually agreed upon prior to commencing work.
• Receipts: Payment confirmations and receipts will be provided via email.
• Refunds: Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in individual project agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, clients gain ownership of final deliverables, including websites, designs, code, or digital assets.
• Portfolio Rights: CleversDev may showcase completed projects in our professional portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Third-Party Materials: Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, licensed plugins) remain subject to their original licensing terms.

7. Termination

• By CleversDev: We may suspend or terminate accounts or services due to non-payment, violation of these terms, or misuse.
• By Clients: Clients may request service cancellation in writing, subject to the terms of the project agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
